YingClaw is a client-side digital employee deployed on enterprise employee devices. The platform management module provides admins with a unified operations entry point, covering device access, version upgrades, Claw scheduling, and runtime monitoring.
1. Device Management
YingClaw supports multi-device simultaneous access. The device management page provides a unified monitoring and management entry point.
1.1 Feature Overview

1.2 Device Status
| Status | Icon | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Online | 🟢 | Device connected and operational |
| Offline | ⚫ | Device disconnected or not started |
| Blocked | 🔴 | Blocked by admin, cannot reconnect |
1.3 Operation Guide
(1) View Device List
Log in to YingClaw Web console → click left navigation "Device Management" → enter device list page.
The page displays all devices':
- Device Name
- Device ID
- Bound User Email
- Current Status
(2) Search Devices
Use the top search box, enter device name, device ID, or user email for fuzzy search to quickly locate the target device.
(3) Block Device
For abnormal devices (e.g., unauthorized access, suspected security risks), admins can select "Block" from the action menu, the device will immediately disconnect and cannot reconnect.
Blocked devices show status as "Blocked", admins can unblock at any time.
1.4 Notes
- 🔐 Device management requires admin permission
- 📊 Offline status may be due to network fluctuation, not necessarily an anomaly
- 🚫 Block action takes effect immediately, please use with caution
2. Version Updates
Admins use the "Version Updates" module to manage YingClaw client version releases and upgrades, supporting gradual rollout and one-click rollback.

3. Claw Management
Admins use the "Claw Management" module to centrally schedule YingClaw instances (Claws), supporting instance grouping, load monitoring, and remote operations.

4. Audit Policy
Admins use the "Audit Policy" module to configure audit rules for command execution, session content, and file operations, meeting enterprise compliance requirements.

5. Runtime Monitoring
Admins use the "Runtime Monitoring" module to view real-time YingClaw client status, including online device count, active sessions, and abnormal alerts.
⚠️ Tip: The runtime monitoring panel shares the data source with "Device Management", but focuses on different views — Device Management focuses on single-device control, Runtime Monitoring focuses on overall posture.
